This Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to BFM Times (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any service from BFM Times, you (“Client”, “User”) acknowledge and agree to this Policy in full.
- Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made to BFM Times are final, binding, and non-refundable.
Under no circumstances shall BFM Times be obligated to issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reversals for any services purchased.
This applies without limitation to:
- Sponsored articles
- Editorial placements
- SEO services (on-page, off-page, technical, AI SEO, AEO)
- Banner advertising
- Presale rankings or feature placements
- Consulting services
- Strategy sessions
- Content writing
- Marketing retainers
- Any digital or media-related service
All sales are final.
- No Cancellations After Payment
Once payment is processed:
- The service slot is reserved
- Internal resources are allocated
- Editorial and technical teams are scheduled
- Strategic planning may begin immediately
Accordingly, cancellations are not permitted after payment confirmation.
Any request to cancel services after payment will not result in refund or credit.
- Nature of Digital & Media Services
BFM Times provides non-tangible, intellectual, digital, and media-based services.
Due to the immediate allocation of resources, opportunity cost of media inventory, and internal operational costs, such services cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.
Client acknowledges that:
- Media placements consume inventory capacity
- Editorial work begins upon scheduling
- SEO work involves immediate strategic planning
- Campaign preparation involves non-recoverable labor
Therefore, refunds are not feasible or available.
- Performance & Market Disclaimer
BFM Times does not guarantee:
- Specific rankings on search engines
- Specific traffic numbers
- Token price performance
- Presale fundraising outcomes
- Investor participation levels
- Revenue generation
- Business growth results
Client understands that crypto, Web3, AI, and digital markets are volatile and influenced by external factors beyond Company control.
Dissatisfaction with performance outcomes shall not constitute grounds for refund.
- Client Delay or Non-Cooperation
If a client:
- Fails to provide required materials
- Delays communication
- Fails to approve drafts
- Changes scope mid-project
No refund shall be issued.
Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to cancellation or reimbursement.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute without first attempting resolution with BFM Times constitutes a material breach of agreement.
In such cases, BFM Times reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services immediately
- Recover administrative, legal, and dispute fees
- Pursue legal remedies where applicable
- Report fraudulent disputes to payment processors
Client agrees not to initiate unjustified payment disputes.
- No Exceptional Circumstances Clause
There shall be no exceptions to this Policy.
BFM Times does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to hardship, dissatisfaction, business failure, regulatory changes, or market fluctuations.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- BFM Times’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.
- BFM Times shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages.
- Lost profits, token devaluation, missed fundraising targets, or reputational claims are excluded from liability.
- Agreement & Acceptance
By completing payment, the Client:
- Confirms understanding of this Policy
- Agrees to the no-refund condition
- Waives any right to dispute based on dissatisfaction
- Accepts all terms voluntarily
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not purchase our services.
- Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BFM Times operates.
Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the Company’s jurisdiction.
