- Phase 2 (Device Prototype) by 31 October 2025: Build a hardware prototype with voice capabilities, deploy a BabyU voice agent on the device, and release a companion mobile app for setup.
- Phase 3 (Industrial Design & 3D Prototype) by 30 November 2025: Expand voice features to storytelling and games, enhance the mobile app with child profiles, finalize industrial design specs, and deliver a functional 3D-printed prototype.
- Phase 4 (Schematic & Manufacturing) by 30 December 2025: Release mobile and web apps (v1.0), finalize the production-ready voice agent, complete toy and agent procurement, and deliver a 12-episode educational cartoon.
- Phase 5 (Market Deployment) in January–February 2026: Finalize packaging and branding, begin customer shipments, and launch the go-to-market strategy.

The plan centers on a first production run of 10,000 AI toys, with a unit production cost of about $200 and a sale price around $480, yielding roughly $280 gross profit per toy. If everything goes to plan, that first batch could generate about $2.8 million in profit, with 10% (roughly $280,000) earmarked for distribution to early supporters referred to as “whales” as an airdrop. The exact share for each investor depends on total participation and holdings.
